Nudo is a micro-roastery that works Specialty Coffee . We exist in the historical center of Rome , where we serve our coffees in different points on the territory. The goal of the Nudo project is to bring quality coffee, traceable and processed with a non-invasive roasting . We use light profiles that enhance the natural qualities of the beans and the nuances of the territory they come from . We prefer single origins but do not disdain a good blend, which represents our idea of Italian Espresso .
